Moreover, the Executive Assistant II Mr. Carl Cedrick G. de la Paz also discussed about the Municipal Ordinance No. 03 series of 2020 entitled: “AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE RULES, REGULATIONS AND OPERATING CONDITIONS FOR THE GRANT OF FRANCHISE FOR MOTORIZED TRICYCLE FOR HIRE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NUEVA VALENCIA, GUIMARAS, AND AUTHORIZING THE BUSINESS OPERATION THEREOF, REPEALING OR AMENDING ANY EXISTING ORDINANCES INCONSISTENT THERETO” and Guidelines/Protocols for Tricycle for Hire operation under New Normal.
